Word Game and Memory
Do not give any milestone payment ahead of completing the full job. He might abandon you work. They request milestone and find reasons to end the project after payment or decide to push your work unto another developer. Avoid the sweet talk initially because all they want is that milestone money and they're not really interested in completing the job.
