Ramandeep has agreed to work in the EST time zone before the contract starts, but never worked on EST at all after starting the contract.
The work quality is so bad. I have assigned him a simple first task, but couldn't finish the task in time and was delayed so much time. I don't think he has enough skills and experience. It would be a great choice to don't hire him.
