I build automated intake routing workflows for onboarding requests using Zapier. In this project, I set up a system that receives incoming request data, validates required fields, cleans and normalizes key values, routes valid submissions into the right workflow, updates or creates records, and sends internal alerts when action is needed. Invalid submissions are blocked before they create messy data, and real runtime errors can be monitored through a separate alert layer.

This type of automation helps service businesses reduce manual admin work, improve data consistency, and respond faster to incoming requests. While the demo case uses a specific stack, the same workflow logic can usually be adapted to the tools already used in your business, including different CRMs, databases, forms, or messaging apps.
