Here's how I complete Salesforce projects for clients in 5 steps.
1️⃣ Discover your needs
Fill out an online form, which I will provide, to share details about your business needs, current challenges and how you're using Salesforce.
2️⃣ Design architecture
After reviewing your response to Step 1, I will design the architecture of the new solution. My approach is to focus on configuration (rather than custom code) whenever possible to enable easy maintenance.
3️⃣ Testing and feedback.
In step 3, I will provide the new functionality in a test environment where you can test the new features safely without any damage to your business data or processes. Your feedback in this step will be addressed with additional improvements and changes as needed.
4️⃣ Change management and training
I encourage clients to include a change management step - including training sessions - in all of their projects. Often, new ways of working are required to get the most out of Salesforce which ultimately means you can achieve your business goals faster.
5️⃣ Project Sign-off
In the final step of the project, we will close the project with a Zoom call. We'll discuss how the project is performing and discuss potential options for additional projects. As a professional courtesy, my projects include a 30 day support warranty that starts on the day of final project project payment.
