Brian is one of the most talented developers I have ever met. He has this ability to play an individual or a team lead role, and frontend and backend. Extremely proficient, and for a long term contract he becomes a core part of the team. He communicates excellently and always goes above and beyond to find new bugs and processes that could be improved.
In fact, the only reason I am ending this contract is because I had him on my team, we were able to build a product that was successfully acquired, and I now plan to rehire him on a contract basis at the new firm.
