Need an expert to add some modifications on my PHP laravel site
This freelancer has attitude issue, this freelancer don't answer to my questions or tasks once I approved the milestone, even after 3 days he seems online but don't answer to my question. I hired him for modification of my website, he just pushed the code on live website and refuse to send me the source code that I provided him to adjust the modification and resubmit. Then again he submitted the source file but it was faulty and some functions don't work properly, I tried to contact him but he is declaring that he done his job 100%, so leaves me no choice but to encourage others to stay away from this freelancer.
NB: His english is not that good, that I have to repeat a simple thing 4/5 times so that he can understand.
