and routing them. Watching for events and updating systems. Taking
data from one place, deciding what to do with it, and doing it.
I build custom AI agents that handle these workflows end-to-end.
Most "AI agents" on the market are toys — they break the moment
your workflow has nuance. I build production agents using OpenAI
or Claude function calling with multiple tools, confidence
thresholds, human escalation for edge cases, full audit trails,
and monitoring dashboards.
Examples I've built:

I've been building software for 8 years. The last 2 have been mostly
AI work — adding ChatGPT and Claude features into existing SaaS
products, building chatbots that actually use a company's own data,
and writing agents that automate workflows founders are sick of doing

that would have wasted weeks. That's part of the job.
I send a Loom walkthrough every Friday so you always know where
things stand. No "still working on it" updates.
I respond within 4 hours during business hours. My timezone overlaps
with US East Coast mornings and full European working hours.
I take fixed-scope projects or longer retainers. Not a fit for 5-hour
"quick fix" jobs.
