Project details
This project involves implementing a scalable 3-tier architecture on AWS using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The architecture includes Public Subnets, Private Subnets, and Database Subnets across multiple Availability Zones (AZs) in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
Public Subnets host an Application Load Balancer (ALB) for traffic distribution, connected to an Internet Gateway for public access.
Private Subnets host Auto Scaling Groups (ASG) for application workloads, with a NAT Gateway for secure Internet communication.
Database Subnets are reserved for secure database services (e.g., RDS).
The implementation includes creating VPCs, subnets, route tables, an Internet Gateway, NAT Gateway, and ALB. Auto Scaling Groups will dynamically scale EC2 instances based on load, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
Upon completion, clients will receive all Terraform templates and detailed documentation for future use or modifications. This setup ensures scalability, high availability, and a secure environment for production workloads.
