Salesforce Screenflow Development for Opportunity Management
Luiz was very available to discuss and review the contract from the beggining. We had a deficient process to define the requirement in our side at the time and that had an impact on the work. I'm sure with properly defined scope and details everything would have been much better

Help Troubleshooting Apex Job Failure
Luiz clearly has a ton of knowledge on the ins and outs of the Salesforce system. We had an Apex Class that was created by a previous developer we hired on Upwork that wasn't working properly. Luiz was able to dive right in, figured out where the logic flaws existed in what the other developer had done, and fixed it very quickly. He went the extra mile to develop additional test cases and wouldn't stop until he know that we were happy with the results. He was routinely communicating updates on his progress to me and provided screenshots and even videos where appropriate. While Luiz is not a native English speaker, he knows it well enough and uses translation services to close any gap that may exist in his knowledge there. Working with him was awesome and I won't hesitate to use him again on our next Salesforce related project.
