SAAS MODEL HRMS
Our experience with this freelancer was disappointing. The project was put on hold twice, causing significant delays. Additionally, we were pressured to release payments upfront, which goes against Upwork’s payment protection and milestone policies.
After reviewing the submitted work, we found that the code quality was poor outdated, lacking proper documentation, and requiring extensive rework and adjustments to meet even basic functionality. This was not aligned with the agreed project scope or the professionalism we expected.
Overall, the collaboration was challenging, and we would not recommend this freelancer unless there are clear milestones, strict adherence to the contract, and stronger quality control.
unfortunately, we ended up losing approximately $14,000 working with this freelancer due to the amount of rework required to bring the project to an acceptable level.
We strongly recommend ensuring strict milestone controls, detailed technical reviews, and clear adherence to Upwork’s terms before engaging in any future projects with this freelancer.
