Our system workflow starts with merchant registration, where they provide essential details: name, phone, city, and address.
Admins assign riders to pick up these packages.
Once collected, packages are submitted to a nearby warehouse. Admins receive, label, and store them. Labels include unique tracking numbers and barcodes.
Our system handles two delivery types: Intercity (same city) and Outercity (different cities).
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is applied, riders collect it upon delivery. They submit the COD to our branch, where an employee updates the system. After deducting our charges, admins send the COD amount to the merchant.
In cases of recipient refusal, riders note the reason, request return to the merchant, and submit to a nearby warehouse
