We've been working with Tapan for over six months and he was a founding member of our team, responsible for the completement of both the (AI) Microservices as well as a lot of the architecture itself.
Having worked with a number of devs over the past year, I find that some devs you ask them something, they start to work, and then at the end it sort of works but not really, and then you basically have to start over because it was never well thought out in the first place.
Tapan is the opposite. You ask him to create something, he carefully studies your goals and current plan, then comes back with questions to make sure he can get the setup right- and then he starts to build and it will generally work immediately.
So, a great person to have on the team who can take on a lot of responsibility as well.
