Sam is a good individual, but unfortunately, he made a critical decision that didn't align with us. We all make mistakes, and I believe Sam will grow from this experience. He is genuine and i wish i had another path to explore with him. He’s capable and willing to learn, and I’m confident he will find success in the future. While I can't move forward with him, if I had one that better matched his skill set, I’d be happy to re-evaluate the relationship under different circumstances.
