I'm a senior developer on a pediatric health platform used by clinics across Italy. It runs on Medplum and FHIR R4. Since late 2025 I've shipped:
- A parent self-booking appointment engine, from the server-side scheduling logic through to the flows parents actually use
- FHIR AccessPolicy and consent models for families with two guardians, including record imports that repair themselves when data is missing
- Push notifications across two channels, web push and Firebase, behind a single dispatcher so a message goes out once regardless of device
- Regional health record data models and migrations built against Italian national clinical standards
- AWS deployment with CDK and Terraform, CodeBuild pipelines, SonarQube
Before this I spent four and a half years at an Italian company on .NET and Angular systems. I led the legacy migration to .NET Core there and cut downtime by roughly 40% by rebuilding the testing architecture.
