You will get Custom business ERP — web app with document automation, PWA

Project details
I build custom web ERP systems for small businesses that need real operational tools — not spreadsheets, not expensive SaaS, not an 18-month enterprise implementation.
The system I built covers the complete business cycle for a construction company: managing objects, clients, workers, and a service price list — with automatic generation of estimates, acts, invoices, contracts, and subcontractor agreements directly from database records. One click produces a filled DOCX, another converts it to PDF. Everything saved, everything tracked.
Built on Node.js + Fastify with SQLite — lightweight, reliable, zero licensing cost. Deployed as a PWA so it works on any device including phones. Runs on self-hosted hardware with external access via secure tunnel — infrastructure cost: effectively zero per month.
Financial module tracks income and expenses per project, links transactions to estimates, and gives management a dashboard with key metrics across all active objects.
If your business currently runs on manual documents and scattered spreadsheets — this is the system that replaces all of it.

About Alexey
Google Apps Script Developer | API Integration & Business Automation
Da Nang, Vietnam - 9:59 am local time
No overengineering. If Sheets solves the problem — I use Sheets. If it needs a backend — I build one. The result is always something your team can use without a developer on call.
What I automate:
— Marketplace analytics (Wildberries, OZON, Yandex Market) — multi-endpoint API pipelines, unit economics per SKU
— Ad platform integrations (Facebook Marketing API) — automated monthly reports, zero copy-paste
— KPI dashboards — multi-department systems with live charts and auto-aggregation
— Document generation — invoices, contracts, acts auto-filled and exported to PDF
— Custom web apps and lightweight ERP (Node.js + PWA)
Recent projects:
→ E-commerce analytics: 5 API endpoints, 70 metrics, full unit economics per SKU — seller reduced reporting time from 4 hours to zero
→ Multi-cabinet marketplace integration: 3 seller accounts unified in one auto-updating dashboard
→ Construction business ERP on Raspberry Pi — auto-generates contracts and invoices as DOCX/PDF
→ KPI monitoring system for 5-department manufacturing company — management sees entire business on one screen
→ Real estate installment calculator — reduced calculation time from 15 minutes to 30 seconds
I ask questions before I start. I test before I deliver. I document what I build.

Requirements mapping
I review your business entities, document types, and workflows. We agree on the data model and feature scope before any code is written.
Build backend and database
I set up the Node.js + Fastify backend with SQLite database, define all entities, and implement CRUD operations with JWT authentication.
