Project details

I build custom business management platforms that replace spreadsheets, clunky CRMs, and scattered tools with one clean system built for how you actually work.

This isn't off-the-shelf software with features you'll never use. I build exactly what you need: contact management, job tracking, scheduling, quoting, crew dispatch — whatever your business requires.

I recently built PolyModal, a multi-tenant platform for contractors and property managers that's now in production with paying users. Same approach here: understand your workflow, build the right tool, deploy it properly.

Tech stack: React/Next.js frontend, Supabase/PostgreSQL backend, mobile-responsive. You'll own the code and data. I include documentation and handover training.

Based in Memphis, TN. Direct communication, no layers. Let's talk about what you're trying to solve.

About Chris

Chris S.Status: Offline
AI Automation Engineer | Voice Agents | Vapi, Claude, n8n, Python
Memphis, United States - 10:14 am local time
I am a human. I build AI agents, voice systems and custom business tools that actually fit how you work.

I build AI systems that actually work in production — not demos, not prototypes. My current focus: voice AI, conversational agents, audio DSP engineering, and business automation for service businesses.

Most recently, I developed PolyModal, a multi-tenant business management platform for builders/contractors, large leased property managers and individual facilities managers — featuring CRM, job tracking, quoting, maintenance, repairs, crew scheduling, and AI voice integration. Live in production with paying users.

I've built complete voice assistant systems using Vapi, ElevenLabs, Claude, and OpenAI that handle real calls, manage calendars, route intelligently, and integrate with business tools like Slack and CRMs. I've also worked in audio DSP engineering and development, and have 30+ years of life experience working as a broadcast technician, recording studio proprietor, music producer, vocalist and touring musician.

What I bring:
- 25+ years building technical systems from the ground up
- Creator of PolyModal — production platform for trades/service businesses
- Deep hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations, not just API calls but production-ready agent architectures
- Based in Memphis, TN (US-based for IP and timezone alignment)

Tech I work with daily:
- LLMs: Claude, OpenAI GPT-4/5, prompt engineering, agentic workflows
- Voice AI: Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio
- Backend: Python, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Vite, TailwindCSS, Zustand
- Automation: n8n, custom workflows, API integrations
- Audio Engine: Tone.js (Web Audio API synthesis/sequencing
- Framework for audio components: JUCE
- Custom DSP algorithm implementation (not just using library presets)
- Neural network integration for amp modeling (RTNeural + NAM)

I'm not interested in building things that sit on a shelf. I focus on projects where AI needs to do something useful — take actions, make decisions, integrate with real business systems, and run reliably.

Let's talk about what you're building.
