I had a very disappointing experience with this freelancer. During our contract, I noticed clear misuse of the time tracker, including working on other projects while my timer was running. There was also misuse of our paid tools (Cursor credits) for purposes outside of my project.
As a client, I expect honesty and transparency. Earning money in this way is not acceptable to me ethically or Islamically (it falls under haraam earnings in my view). Because of this behavior, I cannot recommend this freelancer and would not work with him again.
