Perfex CRM Module developer
Manish did change the hourly rate agreed to higher price just so new clients will see different price in project.
He forgets what has been discussed in calls, so make sure you write it down. The specifics he thinks he knows but doesnt. He will not add commits until is too late. And will commit only specific changes to your after he removed any other changes done during the same time.
We had agreed on price and time before hand, and keeps complaining about it later, he may reply to this review about the same.
Once he got paid or finished he didnt commit code changes until 24-48 hours. The whole code changes he did are useless because of no knowledge about Framework structure.
He will give you confidence that he understands and will do as agreed but keep asking him daily commits for better.
I made the mistake on believing in his ability to understand the general stuff but he keeps doing shortcuts where I had to lose a lot of time explaining or testing for his mistakes. Good luck with him
