UI and control design in Swift w. C-libs for desktop MacOS applications
Order was a base UI starting point and framework for a graphical app in Swift calling C++/Objective-C functions on MacOS native framework. Everything ordered arrived on time with communication during the project feeling direct and honest.
The only reason one star could have been detracted from the "skills" feedback is that we were both openly aware that Swift was still a new(ish) area of work for him. Code arrived in well structured and well functional form, so no real critiscism there after the fact... Both the amount of hours dedicated and the total cost was very reasonable. Would hire again, without hestitation.

Xamarin developer needed to finish existing project
If I had the chance to do this over again I would suggest a fixed price for each task as I feel that there is no incentive for the freelancer to get the project finished when he/she is being paid by the hour. Sadly, I had to pull the plug on this project before it was completed. Evgeniy worked on my project for around 18 months. He dedicated hours to the project every week and make numerous improvements to my Desktop, Android and iOS apps.
