Tauqeer and his colleagues were an incredible support to my business. If you are a startup or frankly anyone needing Rails assistance (and much besides in terms of skill sets) then I would not hesitate to hire. They are a joy to work with, with none of the pain points often associated with working with freelancers. For me, these have been communication followed by technical proficiency in the past, but this was like working with an in-house team. I think what makes them so good is the effort they take in understanding your business, or whatever the real world issue is that you are trying to find a technical solution to. We worked very hard together for some years, frequently at fairly odd hours, often needing to find creative solutions to some difficult problems (it was only the pandemic that shut down our development work).
