1. Work quality: The biggest issue I had with Ameer is that he is using AI too much and carelessly leading to low quality outcomes and despite me pointing this out to Ameer several times, he refused to correct his work. And he would often respond to my complaints using AI as well. When work was done accurately it was good.
2. Wrongly followed instructions/feedback: Ameer did not take enough care to do the tasks accurately and would often not follow instructions or even testing feedback after work was delivered incorrectly. Even when I would show him past chats or instructions he refused to take responsibility for doing things incorrectly and was very argumentative in general.
3. Overall unreasonable communication, availability, and bad attitude: Frankly Ameer was difficult to work with and was frequently trying to tell me I was lucky he was working despite the issues with his work. And worst of all he was totally unwilling to provide documentation that I requested numerous times and would only send me AI slop as a deliverable. He was extremely disrespectful whenever these concerns were brought to his attention and this alone makes me not recommend anyone to work with Ameer.
Overall I am disappointed because I think Ameer could have easily made the situation better but due to attitude and availability issues was unwilling to meet us half way.
