Hands-on across the major real-world data sources: HealthVerity, Optum EHR and Claims, IQVIA PharMetrics, and PINC AI/Premier. Working in Snowflake with SQL, R, and Python. I run the full study lifecycle: cross-source feasibility (population size, completeness, data lag, comparability), cohort and exposure definitions, outcome ascertainment, and QC. At Pfizer, a data anomaly I caught during QC traced back to an upstream registry feed and returned ~$1M in vendor credit.
