Python Voice AI Engineer (Twilio + LiveKit + AWS Event-Driven SaaS) He was not able to complete or even understand the task. This was simple voice AI built in live kit/python. I gave him the entire repository and had him speak to the previous developer. After spending 10 hours, he still did not know what to do and he delivered nothing. This was a waste of my time and money
