I helped a fast-growing business transform a scattered marketing process into a fully automated revenue system using GoHighLevel, Sales Funnel Builder strategies, CRM Automation, and AI Agent Development.
The client was generating leads but struggling with poor follow-ups, missed opportunities, low conversion rates, and time-consuming manual tasks. Their CRM lacked structure, email marketing had no automation, and there was no clear workflow guiding prospects from interest to payment, resulting in lost revenue.
I rebuilt their digital system by designing a high-converting landing page, structuring a complete sales funnel inside GoHighLevel, and implementing advanced workflow automation. I configured pipeline management, automated email and SMS sequences, smart lead tagging, appointment booking, and streamlined customer onboarding.
To further improve engagement and response time, I integrated an AI-powered customer service chatbot and connected backend processes using n8n for seamless automation.
