This project is a live Dispatch & Invoice Tracking System built for a precision engineering manufacturer. It manages the complete goods dispatch lifecycle across 5 workflow stages, with automated Tally ERP voucher generation — meaning zero manual data entry into Tally when an invoice is created.
The system handles role-based access (Admin, General Manager, Store, Invoice Creator, Guest), real-time SSE notifications, JWT authentication, Excel export, inline PDF viewing, and is deployed as a mobile PWA.
Built solo end-to-end using Java Spring Boot, Spring Security, MySQL, Vanilla JS, and Tally ERP XML API integration.
