You will be able to send firebase push notification (FCM) supper fast way to any android, ios, browser by FCM token. This is a simple PHP script. Just put in your project -> include -> call the function with some params like notification title, body, and FCM token array(if you need to send one user then put one item in the array). It's also simple to integrate with your firebase project, just replace the server key and boom.
