You will get a polished Discord FAQ bot that is modifiable and extensible. The elite tier of the bot will send ChatGPT responses (can be trained on your data) when the user enters a query that isn't matched to your questions from the FAQ data.
Your FAQ questions will each have a button for the user to press to choose which question they want an answer for. The bot will be hosted on a server that is provided by you. The Discord API key will be provided to you and should be kept secret.
Should you decide to purchase the SQL database addon with product search, the database will also be hosted on a server provided by you. I will install it and populate it with your data, which should be provided in a SQL dump or .csv file.
Should you require assistance in creating a .csv file with your products and services data, I can offer you my services at a rate of $35/hour. I can scrape the data off your website if you have a catalog.
If you need a server, I can assist in finding it for you if you would like at no additional cost. The cost is typically less than $10/month.
I can modify and extend the bot after the project is completed for an additional cost.
