I build a reliable finance inbox automation that turns Gmail finance emails (invoices/receipts/payouts/vendor bills) into a month-end ready Google Sheets ledger — with a clear Needs-Review queue, duplicate protection (idempotency), and alerts so nothing breaks silently.
What you get
• Ledger (Google Sheets): one row per transaction, consistent columns, traceability to source email/attachment
• Needs-Review queue: every parse/validation issue captured with reason + link/ID (nothing lost)
• Duplicate protection: safe re-runs, no double counting (idempotent writes)
• Alerts: Slack/email when something fails or needs review
• Optional: IN/OUT/NET dashboard + simple category rules
How I deliver
1. Confirm required columns + define the duplicate key
2. Build in Make.com / Zapier (routing, validation, logging, retries)
3. Test on real samples → Loom handover + short SOP (how to maintain and resolve review items)
