website developer to add wholesale portal to existing shopify site This freelancer needed to communicate the issues they were experiencing. Some of the holdup was due to problems with my original theme which they had nothing to do with. It would have been better for all if they felt comfortable telling me about the problems they were facing so we could work through them together, resolve the issues, and finish the job. Ultimately they were committed to finishing the job to the best of their ability and I commend them for that.
