Ruby on Rails full stack developer
While our collaboration started out well and I believe Jose has potentially good skills, unfortunately he had serious availability issues and we were unable to get almost anything done together. He was simply not available and was unable to communicate this effectively. Note that this was a year ago and his situation might have changed much since then.
