SAMaGRA ERP — Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Dashboard
Built a complete MRP engine from scratch that automates one of the most painful processes in manufacturing — figuring out what to buy, what to produce, and when.
What this module does:
• One-click MRP Run — processes all items, analyzes BOM explosion, checks current stock, and generates suggestions
• Work Order Suggestions — auto-recommends production orders based on demand vs available inventory
• Purchase Order Suggestions — auto-recommends raw material purchases when stock falls below requirements
• Critical Exceptions — flags items that need immediate attention (shortages, lead time risks)
• Supply-Demand Balance — visual breakdown of supplied vs required quantities
• Pegging & Requirements — trace demand back to source (which sales order needs which material)
