💪🏻 To highlight a few achievements, I have successfully developed a project capable of managing 26 million daily visits, with peak traffic reaching 5-10K requests per second and occasionally spiking at 100K. Out of these, 2 million visits originate from unique IP addresses. The project involves over 1 billion records, amounting to more than 1 TB of data stored in the database. Moreover, I have implemented live DDoS attack monitoring and handling mechanisms.
Every URL request is meticulously stored in ClickHouse, ensuring indefinite availability for swift analysis. This data plays a crucial role in refining protection algorithms through our proprietary traffic analysis dashboard.
💪🏻 Additionally, I developed another project with a strong focus on Big Data. This project encompasses multiple petabytes of data and continuously receives freshly parsed data in real-time. Notably, conducting a search query within a 300 billion-record database segment takes less than a second.
The database and search solutions employed for this project are built upon open-source frameworks. These solutions have been tailored to fit the specific requirements of the project, resulting in a cost optimization of at least tenfold when compared to standard services like Amazon Web Services.
