React Native upgrade from 0.59 to latest
Tosif is quite skilled on React Native. He delivered the milestones as per expectations. He also was able to resolve whatever issues we encountered during user acceptance testings and regression testings. However, when it comes to agreeing on delivery approach, he was unable to make any adjustments on his way of working. During the execution of our milestones, he was unable to make himself available for meetings for clarifying requirements and approach. Instead, he wasted a lot more time within Upwork chat messages for things that could have been easily and effectively be communicated/resolved and agreed upon on a conference call.
Within the Mapview milestone (Which we had to cancel due to the problems mentioned above), he claimed to have done work but when we asked for any deliverables, all he had was a couple of web links (which he gathered long before activating the milestone) and a simple Google key setup. For this, they charged us 25% of the milestone cost, which we believe, is unreasoable.

Expo react native Android release help
