1. Home page: it will be designed with the name of your Hospital/clinic with the logo of that in the Header. On the home page there would be an appointment form that could be filled by your customer to book any appointment directly according to their comfort.
The appointment form: In the appointment form there will be three Functions
• Location
• Services
• List of doctors
Here visitor may book an appointment according to their comfort for the location they are suitable to visit your firm’s branch, In the services section visitors can choose what diagnoses treatment they want, accordingly the 3rd section “list of doctors” will fill out with the name of doctor who would be diagnosis the illness. Also the visitors may select the suitable date for their treatment as there would be an calendar attached for this functionality. Later with all theses details & personal details visitor may book an appointment easily through this website.
