Right now there's no solution available for this problem, Its quite impossible to integrate Google Fit with Unity because no SDK is available you need to build it yourself, that too from scratch.
I am providing complete end to end solution for this problem, I have built a RESTful API that is integrated with Google Fit Servers and from their we can fetch data for Unity.
For Apple Health Kit I have built an SDK that will fetch data directly from Apple Health Kit.
Apart from that I can integrate almost any smart watch of any brand with your Unity project, like Xiaomi Smart watch, Oppo Smart Watch, Samsung smart watch etc.
