This project aims to migrate an existing infrastructure and applications from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. It involves planning, user account and data migration, application migration, training, user adoption, security, compliance, testing, and post-migration support.
As a cloud migration specialist, I'll assess the Google Workspace environment, identify dependencies, and create a migration plan. User accounts, mailboxes, calendars, and contacts will be migrated with minimal downtime.
Custom apps or configurations within Google Workspace will be reviewed, and suitable alternatives in Microsoft 365 will be recommended. Extensive training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
Security, compliance, and data protection measures will be implemented in Microsoft 365. Rigorous testing will address any issues.
Post-migration support will be provided to address user concerns and optimize performance. Documentation will be provided.
