Hospital information management system ensures the data collection in a correct, complete and interdependent manner.
This software can be classified as an integrated and modular system. Integrated information systems are divided into hospitals’ general information systems, clinical information systems, Non-Clinical information systems, and database management systems.
Hospital management information systems have purposes such as providing patient satisfaction, strengthening internal communication networks, reducing costs & time, and reliably storing data in a digital environment.
The basic design of my Hospital Management System is that the application sits on the internet/intranet, and all users have access to the system via a web browser over the internet. The super administrator can maintain the entire flow of the HMS. The super administrator can define the Roles of all the users under the hospital, Such as (Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Radiologists, Pathologists, HR Manager, Finance Manager, Procurement Manager, and Warehouse Manager etc.)
