This project is designed to assist Workforce Management (WFM) professionals in planning and scheduling for call centers or back-office contact centers, without requiring any coding environment. The essential requirements are a Google Drive account and the installation of the Google Collaboratory extension. For optimal performance, it's recommended to have historical data on an hourly basis for incoming calls or other task volumes spanning the last three years to effectively capture seasonal trends. If three-year data is not available, two years of historical data can still identify recent trends. With less data, only basic patterns may be discerned.
