Node.js and Next.js Website Development 2
Unfortunately, my experience with Khaja or Emon (whatever his name or identity was) was disappointing. He frequently missed deadlines, ignored messages, and failed to attend meetings consistently. His attitude was unprofessional and always very rude.
Additionally, he reported work hours that he did not actually work. A project that was supposed to take 1.5 months remained incomplete and full of errors even after 3 months.
He also lacked the necessary experience to handle the project effectively. Along with three of his developer friends, he collectively demanded a pay raise and threatened to leave if their demands weren’t met. When I refused, he followed through on his threat and left, despite having unfinished work. I also had to spend a significant amount to fix the mistakes he left behind.
Based on my experience, he can be considered a beginner or junior-level developer, and I would not recommend him for mid-to-large-scale projects.
