Improve Core Web Vitals (TTFB/LCP/INP) with real implementation (WordPress + hosting/CDN), not a generic audit.
This is a fixed-scope sprint where I:
• identify whether the bottleneck is server/TTFB, render-blocking assets, third‑party scripts, images, or theme/plugin output
• implement the highest-impact fixes (caching/CDN, asset strategy, DB/query hotspots when relevant)
• validate with before/after Lighthouse/PageSpeed + a written changelog + repeatable verification steps
Best fit: WooCommerce / content sites where speed affects conversions, SEO, and user experience.
Not included: redesigns, feature work, “guaranteed 90+ score,” or unlimited pages/templates.
If your site also uses Cloudflare, I can include performance-safe CDN tuning (cache rules/headers) as part of the sprint or via add‑on.
