Philippe was a pleasure to work with. He set clear expectations and delivered on them on the timeline he committed to. I always knew the status of the project, what was coming next, and on what timeframe. We hit a few unexpected issues - particularly a bug in Jamf Connect - and he was extremely responsive in resolving them for us, even outside of business hours.
