If have a new Laravel project then I will take all of the requirements from the client and setup Laravel in my local environment and as soon as possible I'll start working on the client project.
For bug fixing
I need the client's existing project/source code so that I can look up their project and I'll prepare / setup the project in my environment. and trying to as soon as possible to fix bug
