• API bugs (500s, validation/auth issues, edge cases)

• Reliability issues (retries/timeouts, error handling, unstable behavior)

• Fixed issues within the selected tier scope
• Change notes (what changed + where)

• Standard: up to 3 issues
• Advanced: up to 6 issues
If new issues appear outside scope, we’ll agree on a separate add-on or a new purchase.
