Edwin was great in the beginning of the project, but then he started trying to up the price within a month of the project, while being behind on schedule for various excuses. After that, he hired on two people WITHOUT consulting me then demanded the price be further raised to accommodate them as well. After I raised the price again, he would not reply for two weeks at a time saying it because because of climate change, landslides, power outages for 50+ hours and could never send proof of work. After I confronted him for the final time, he suggested I switch the pay to hourly for him if I want more communication past two week check ins. After I sent him a reply telling him I would not pay more considering everything that has happened, he demanded more than what we agreed for the work as a whole or else I could basically get nothing as he would not give me partial work. He didn’t finish the work and then demanded more. I paid it to get the progress but now I see he did not give me the full items that he said he did and he hasn’t responded in a week.
