The content exists. The platform exists. But getting them to work together, with the right course structure, clean navigation, proper enrollment flow, and completion tracking that actually means something, is a specific skill.
Handing it to a generalist, or trying to manage it internally without LMS experience, is how training programs end up half built, underused, and months behind where they should be.
I work with course creators and corporate training teams to implement, set up, and manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms that function the way they're supposed to. That includes LMS implementation, LMS customization, and LMS administration across MOODLE, LEARNDASH, TUTORLMS, LEARNWORLDS, THINKIFIC, and CANVAS LMS, built around how your learners actually move through content, not just how the platform looks on the surface.
For one training provider running on Canvas LMS, learners were dropping off after the first two modules. The content wasn't the problem, the onboarding flow and course navigation were. After restructuring both, completion rates went up 25% within 30 days. That's the difference between an LMS that exists and one that works.
In addition to platform setup, I provide instructional design, online course development, and eLearning content creation for clients who need the full build, not just a platform. Using ARTICULATE RISE 360, MINDSMITH, and EASY GENERATOR, I design courses structured for how people actually learn, with accessibility built in from the start following WCAG guidelines.

Others already have SCORM ready material that needs content migration and deployment inside their LMS of choice.
