I have a manufacturing background and am eager to create a production OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) control system similar to the one I developed in my previous project. I consistently use this system to monitor production OEE, ensuring that targets are met on time. It allows me to identify and address root causes early, preventing poor OEE performance before the end of the month. The system is designed to be easily understood through its key elements and also enhances manufacturing cost control. In the future, it could potentially include advanced features for cost control, though this version does not currently include that functionality.
I have also developed several Microsoft Access databases, such as inventory control, maintenance control, manufacturing cost control, and a simple planning module. These tools provide an efficient and cost-effective way to monitor operations compared to more expensive branded solutions like SAP or ERP systems.
