I will make you a telegram bot on any of your choosing os' console app. the bot will notify you whenever a new transaction happens on any number of wallets of your choosing(the amount will depend on the tier you choose).
We can also make configurations to the app based on the tier you're choosing.
I will host for free on your Heroku account for any tier. but to choose your server you need to pay more or choose advanced as an option. we can discuss more on payment for more fluid settings.
No additional costs are added to you if u only want basic features and free hosting on Heroku. Not even for API keys.
