eBroker is a turnkey real-estate marketplace solution comprised of a Flutter-based mobile application (for Android & iOS) and a Laravel backend with an admin panel. The system supports property listings for buy, rent and sell operations, enabling agencies, brokers or property managers to deploy a full featured property-search platform quickly. On the mobile side, the app allows users and agents to register, browse listings, view galleries/maps, schedule visits, chat and manage favourites. On the backend side, the Laravel admin dashboard allows administrators to manage listings, users, approvals, analytics and monetisation (e.g., featured listings). Key features include interactive map search, listing filters (price, rooms, amenities), multi-language & RTL support, push notifications, agent-buyer chat, photo galleries and full source code delivery. The technical stack uses Flutter for the apps, Laravel 8/9 for the API/admin, MySQL/MariaDB database and integration with Google Maps API & Firebase Cloud Messaging.
