Designed and built OrderSetu, a commission-free restaurant management SaaS for small and medium restaurants. The platform gives each restaurant its own branded subdomain storefront (storename.ordersetu.com), QR-based table ordering, a real-time Kitchen Display System (KDS), digital POS, table reservations, walk-in queue management, inventory with recipe-based ingredient tracking, staff roles (Waiter, Captain, KDS, Delivery), and subscription billing via Razorpay.
The system handles the full order lifecycle — from customer QR scan → cart/checkout → kitchen prep → delivery tracking — with live updates powered by Socket.IO. Restaurant owners get a complete admin dashboard with sales reports, customer management, reviews, and mobile APK distribution for waiters and delivery staff. A superadmin panel manages tenants, subscription plans, demo requests, and platform-wide operations.
