Converting MS Access into PowerApps (using SharePoint Lists)
Did a great job, eager to work and get it done. He completed the task ahead of time. He didnt't mind doing few more additional tasks to complete the project.
Another positive is that he was okay to do the work in US EST hours (before noon).
